Each job posting form should be completely and accurately
filled out. (The more accurate information you provide
the more on-target the submitted candidates) |

Each job should be a current, high priority opening that
your company is prepared to pay a search fee on. |

The fee, guarantee and the length of time agency referrals
are honored, as listed on the job posting form, are binding unless
mutually agreed upon between the member recruiter and your company
prior to the commencement of interviews. |

A
fee is due to the member firm if you or your affiliate
employ referred candidate for any position within the
agreed time as listed under the 'agency referral honored'
section of the job order. |

Candidates are referred to you in confidence and every
effort must be made by you to maintain this confidentiality. |

It is your responsibility to respond quickly to Referrals
submitted to you by Member Recruiters using Accept/ Reject/Resume
Under Review options, available on the RecruitAlliance Website. |
