The RecruitAlliance web site and its services are designed to facilitate the placement of qualified candidates by recruiting agencies with corporate employers. The following Terms and Conditions form a binding Agreement between you and RecruitAlliance . Your use of the RecruitAlliance.com web site indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, or violate said Terms and Conditions you will no longer be allowed to use the RecruitAlliance  web site.  This agreement does not supercede any agreement you may ask the recruiting agency to sign. 

(These Terms and Conditions may be revised at any time by updating this page. Any and all changes to the Terms and Conditions will be binding. Your continued use of the RecruitAlliance.com web site will be considered acceptance of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.)

 

Job postings will expire automatically unless renewed prior to the 90th day. (A reminder will be sent on the 85th day)

Each job posting form should be completely and accurately filled out. (The more accurate information you provide the more on-target the submitted candidates)

Each job should be a current, high priority opening that your company is prepared to pay a search fee on.

The fee, guarantee and the length of time agency referrals are honored, as listed on the job posting form, are binding unless mutually agreed upon between the member recruiter and your company prior to the commencement of interviews.

A fee is due to the member firm if you or your affiliate employ referred candidate for any position within the agreed time as listed under the 'agency referral honored' section of the job order.

Candidates are referred to you in confidence and every effort must be made by you to maintain this confidentiality.

It is your responsibility to respond quickly to Referrals submitted to you by Member Recruiters using Accept/ Reject/Resume Under Review options, available on the RecruitAlliance Website.
