Access to a
RecruitAlliance account is granted only to the account
holder of record and cannot be shared by other
recruiters or agencies and customer support can only
be provided to the account holder. Failure to comply
will result in immediate cancellation of your account. |

All
jobs listed are current. Job listings automatically expire
at the end of ninety (90) days but can be renewed by the
employer or recruiter in the event a suitable candidate is
not found. Recruiter/Agency posted jobs must be for a
specific position and contain all pertinent
information included on the job posting form. |

Each
job will include a complete job description, minimum requirements,
salary information, guarantee and the fee the employer/recruiter
is willing to pay to hire a candidate through a member executive
search firm. By submitting candidates to
the employer or agency for the position posted you agree to accept
their listed fee and guarantee. |

You
agree that you
or your firm does not discriminate in the referral of
candidates on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age,
national origin, marital status, disabilities or other protected
groups. |

You agree that all candidate referrals are candidates you
have personally spoken to, confirm they have not previously
been submitted to this employer and the candidate has
authorized you or your firm to present them to the specific
employer. |

In the
event duplicate resumes are submitted by two or more
firms, the firm submitting the resume first receives the
credit for that candidate. |

You agree not to re-post any job order found on
RecruitAlliance on any other job board and/or website. |

 |
You
agree not to contact the employer until the employer
initiates contact with you, your firm or your candidate referral. |

Submission of candidates to an employer or agency indicates
your acceptance of their fee and guarantee. |
